Broadcast & Live Entertainment Finance

Flexible finance for equipment most lenders don’t understand

Cameras, lenses, OB vehicles and specialist lighting, sound and AV equipment are often deemed too niche or high risk by big banks – which is why so many funding deals are overpriced, over-secured or rejected altogether. We’ve been working with creatives and specialist lenders since 1998, giving you access to terms you’re unlikely to find elsewhere.

FAQs

After many years working with broadcast, live entertainment and AV businesses, our specialist team knows how to justify asset value and structure deals to suit creatives. Here are some of the most common questions we receive pre-funding.

Do you offer seasonal payments to match the cashflow seasonality?
Yes. We work with lenders to structure seasonal or staged payments to reflect quieter and busier trading periods. Just tell us how your income fluctuates throughout the year and we’ll find the best way to shape the repayment profile.
Can I finance second-hand equipment?
Yes, second-hand equipment is commonly financeable. Lenders may apply age limits based on the asset’s current age or its age at the end of the agreement.
Can you pay suppliers who require staged payments (eg LED walls, rigging installs or build projects)?
Yes, subject to lender approval and supplier strength. Where appropriate, we can structure funding to align with staged manufacturing or installation milestones rather than a single upfront payment.
Can I purchase goods from multiple or foreign suppliers?
Yes, we regularly arrange finance for equipment supplied internationally and can support purchases across different currencies. We can also coordinate funding where equipment is sourced from multiple suppliers as part of one project.
